Bamberg hotels question

Yes, I have stayed at the Bamberg Ibis. It is very, very similar to an Ibis in Frankfurt and an Ibis in Antwerp that I have stayed at. It does have it's benefits (air conditioning, a more "western" style bed, etc.), but they do charge an extra €9 per day for breakfast. I don't know if the Hotel National has air conditioning. I have stayed there several times, but always in Autumn or Winter. I suspect they might not have A/C. I sent them an email, but have not heard back. (I also emailed Stephan at Mahr's abaout their rumored gastzimmer, but so far no reply.) If you are staying at Fässla or Spezial, will they sell you beer later than their normal 23:00 h closing time? :-)
