St. Georgenbräu

Andy, St. Georgen is one of my faves too. It invariably tastes great on draught in Franconia; it is usually served in a ceramic krug. You might also want to try a trip out to Buttenheim, if it is nice weather. The town/village is on the main train line south from Bamberg (1 mile walk into Buttenheim at the other end, however). In Buttenheim there are two breweries right next to each other (St. Georgen, Loewenbrau). Both breweries also have kellers nearby. Mike
