forchheim station

Here is what John told me... When my group visited the Annafest last July, two of them were going home that day, so wanted to leave their luggage in Forchheim. There was a four compartment luggage thingie on the platform but it had been vandalised the previous day and was out of action, so they had to carry their luggage with them into Forchheim before going on to Nuremberg; there was no alternative over-the-counter service at the station. It should be OK on a future visit, but there are only four compartments, so, if there was a big demand, at say Annafest time
