In Bamberg Starting Next Week (Apr 20 thru May 8)...

Brauerei Kneitinger in Regensburg is supposed to be one of the better breweries around (good enough to be Franconian, I was told :) ) I've also had good recommendations about Spitalbrauerei. If one more has decent beer it makes the trip worth it.
