Tripping to Germany in Sept. 2006

All I can say is that some American friends of mine had a rental car in Bamberg last November, and they got pulled over by the Police for speeding on the Autobahn. (By the way, the Police asked to see the passports of everyone in the car.) So, sometimes people do get pulled over!
