Yes, I think my friend and I are committed to driving. I enjoy train travel in this country (The U.S.) bit prefer to drive in Germany. I like what I consider to be the freedom it allows me and just can't pass up the opportunity to drive in a country where the large majority of the inhabitants actually drive courteously and obey the rules. After driving in Washington, D.C. all year, Im ready for a more considerate and orderly driving experience.
