Brauerei Fischer in Greuth |

| Could anyone give me more info on this potentially superb brewery, other than that found on this webpage? I plan to take a bike tour from Bamberg which would take us down to Hirschaid, Schlammersdorf, Hallerndorf, Kreuzberg, Stiebarlimbach, Greuth, Zentbechhofen, Weiher, Sambach, Herrnsdorf, all the way up to Bamberg. Won't be able to stop everywhere for a pint, but we'll be picking up bottles when we don't feel the "need" to stop and drink. On this path, I am planning to stop at the Friedel Keller in Kreuzberg, Fischer in Greuth, and Barnikel in Herrnsdorf. First, would you guys make similar choices? And second, is Fischer a restaurant/brewpub, or only a bar area? There are few pictures on the web about them, and even less info. This bike trip would be on a Friday hopefully, which means they would be open. |
