Yes, if the airport connection time is too limited to make it to the Fest, take the U2 and then the U1 to Plarrer and walk to the Landbierparadies on Rothenburgerstraße. There's normally one beer poured by gravity from a Holzfass (wood keg), and a nice selection of bottles.
