Franconian Visit in September, Towns, Festivals...?

Tim, Send me an email (fred at franconiabeerguide dot com) when it gets closer to your trip and and I can put you in touch with some (beer drinking of course) locals and experience some more culture :) There are a number of homebrewers here. And with luck, there maybe some Franconia styles (i.e. kellerbier) added to the official BJCP (Beer Judge Certification Program) style guidelines for homebrewing competitions.
