Couple more questions - Bamberg and Munich

I was in Bamberg a couple of years ago on May 1st. We ate a "Weisswurst Fruhstuck" breakfast (consisting of weisswurst and hefeweizen beer) at the Sternla. We sat next to the front window and watched the local communists parade on by. May 1st being the European Labor Day.
