Brauerei Krug

Breitenlesau is just a small village with the brewery in the middle - Waischenfeld is a larger village that has administrative responsibility for several smaller places including Breitenlesau. The brewery has a great beergarden in summer and is frequented by people from the Bayreuth rather than Bamberg direction. Their food speciality (or used to be, I don't live close any more) a giant Schnitzel served on a TV-dinner style plate. They have a couple of really nice rooms if you want (or need, after too much beer) to stay overnight. The breakfast is, of course, enormous. PJO
