Luitpold Bridge out in Bamberg |

| I never really cared much about the Luitpold bridge, either, preferring to walk across the Kettenbrücke, but this trip I took a couple of taxis to and from the Ibis hotel, and taxis apparently must use the Marienbrüke, and this adds a little to the cost of going to/from the train station, as well as taking a little longer. By the way, I had never before used taxis in Bamberg, and I found them to be very reasonably priced (like everything else in Bamberg). Jimbo |
