| The Bamberg Christmas market should be running during your visit, I am pretty sure (based on the last two years). I posted a link below, but for Bamberg they list what seem to be 2004 dates, but it might be a typo. Here is the information from that web site: 28.11. - 23.12.04 Mon-Sat 8.30-7pm Sun 11am-7pm Bockbiers should be available. I will likely be in Bamberg the week before you plan to be there.
