Maisel Brewery Museum

For individual visitor's there is a tour daily at 14:00 (2pm) (see also http://www.maisel.com/). I'm pretty sure there will be english information available (not sure if the tour guide will speak english however, but there is a fair chance he/she will). And yes, the museum is well worth a visit (done it several times, although quite some years ago - stayed at gasthof Goldener Lowe, which in the remote past was some sort of brewery tap IIRC). Jos
