Bamberg at the end of November

I have visited Bamberg during US Thanksgiving week (ca. Nov. 20-25) the last two years. Yes, the bockbiers are readily available during this week. Christmas markets either start that week or soon after. Bamberg's begins after, and so I have never been there for the official Bamberg Christmas Market (but the gluewein booths are usually already open). I have managed to catch Frankfurt's and Duesseldorf's Christmas Markets. This web site gives the dates for the Christmas Markets. http://www.germany-christmas-market.org.uk/
