| Its the same choice we see in lots of things: If someone one thing very, very well and somebody else does lots of things very well (but no single one as good as the other person), who is the "best." I'd lean towards the latter: Doing many things well is harder. There aren't that many breweries who make such varied styles as an unfiltered lager and a wheat bock and do a world class job of both. The only reason I don't spend more time at Mahrs is I'm a lazy slug and I don't like staggering back from Wunderburg in the wee hours. Much easier to stagger up the stairs at Spezial :) |
