Seeking info on Kissel Brau?

I recently received a krug with the name Kissel Brau on it. Does anyone know if this existed and if so where. My ancestry comes from the Stuttgart and early German regions of Alsace. I don't believe this was Franconian (if it existed). By the way, FRED if you are reading this....I found Schlenkerla Rauchbier in the Atlanta area! Praise be....I am a happy man!!
