Homebrewed Franconian-style Kellerbier

As water treatment ok, but I'm not too sure about adding it to the kettle (then it is no longer regarded as water treatment I'd say). I must admit I'm not too certain about this. As I'll be in Bamberg this weekend, I'll try and check it with any brewer I meet. Jos
