My list of priorities....my 1st day in Bamberg

You really can't go wrong with any of the breweries here in Bamberg. I would suggest Spezial and Fassla. Klosterbrau is also great. If you have time to visit the outlying areas check out Kemmern's(about 5 miles outside Bamberg Wagner Brau. Otto Hubner in Steinfeld is also very good, but a little of a drive into the country.
