Bamberg this weekend (10-12 Sept)

Don, I'm sorry to hear that. When I was there in early August the Dunkel was tasty and clearly not infected. The Hell was a bit "young" but not overly sweet or serverly underattenuated. They don't have a lot of space in the lager keller so I guess that when serving tank is empty, they start serving the next batch whether its ready (or drinkable) or not. A common problem with undercaptialized brewpubs. Too bad, I had hopes for them.
