New brewpub to visit!: Das Ambräusianum

Thankfully, on our July, 2004 visit, a few days prior to the official opening, the proprietor himself, Ambros Mahr, pointed out problems with the Dunkel; he was not happy that it was not lacing the glass like the Hell and the Weizen; I am sure that it will be improved; they definitely have a commitment to quality.
