| During a bicycle-journey from Regensburg to Cologne we had the luck to taste in the picturesque town of Miltenberg the bottled "Export" of Kalt-Loch. All in the round were sure, that this example contained some traces of smoked malt; not so strong as Schlenkerla and even milder than Spezial, but the typical aftertaste remained. Unfortunately we had to start next morning very early, so there was no time to ask in the brewery, if the smoked malt is really used there. Does anybody know more about this brewery ? |
