More on Robesbierre -- Bamberg's 10th brewery

Since Robert can't legally sell it, you have to find him and ask him for some. He teaches brewing in Karlstadt during the week, so weekends are best. I know he used to drink pretty often at Stöhrenkeller so that might be the place to ask. There are lots of places to ride bikes. On my trip coming up I plan to take a train (with the bike) to Staffelberg and visit a couple of breweries in Stublang, one in Loffeld, a couple in Wiesen and one in Nedensdorf -- all in a 15 mile or so ride. There is another brewery in Frauendorf but they are only open Sundays. You can't do this Mon, Tue or Wed though. I'll let you know how it turns out. Geisfeld is a popular bike destination (Breweries Griess and Krug plus the lovely Griess Keller)
