Best Bamberg hotel for brewery visiting?

Hi Todd, When are you planning to visit Bamberg? Will that coincide with the Brau-Beviale exhibition in Nuremberg, or is your stay planned later? (I can seriously recommend to plan your trip to coincide with the Brau/Beviale, specially that week Bamberg is the epicentre of the brewing industry - specially the Saturday that week at the Weyremann party - Fred will confirm).
