Best Bamberg hotel for brewery visiting?

I don't know, which hotel in Bamberg is the best, people surely may have different tastes. My only advice for those, who - after a good choice of excellent franconian beers - want to have quite and comfortable nights: avoid the hotel "Alt Ringlein" on the Dominikanerstrasse (face to face with the Schlenkerla-Gasthaus). Nearly the whole night "happily singing" crowds will tell You, that Bamberg is not only famous for its medieval and baroque architecture. If You have lost Your watch, don't worry: the different church-bells in the neighbourhood will tell You, what time it is - the whole night through.......
