Further info... I have heard the same story from another source (who doesn't know the first). The other story making the rounds is that when Maisel was sold 4.5 years ago, part of the contract said they would brew beer for a minimum of 5 years... So the pessimists expect Maisel to be turned into apartments at the end of the year...
