Barth-Senger closes for some time early Sunday afternoon. Drei Kronen in Schesslitz is a bit more often closed than used to be - Sunday should be ok, they serve excellent meals for Sunday lunchtime. You might also try the brewery tap of Schmitt-Bräu in Schesslitz (although it is a public secret they no longer produce themselves) - the brewery tap is still quite... unusual. Just a kilometer from Memmelsdorf in the direction of Schesslitz, you might also consider a stop at Göller in Drosendorf (they also stock some of the products from Göller (Alte Freyung) in Zeil am Main - yes, there are family relations. And I find it very tempting also to turn left (coming from Bamberg, turn right if coming from Schesslitz/Strassgiech) in Drosendorf, for a visit to Merkendorf (two breweries: Hummel and Wagner).
