I also recommend Brauerei Hoh in Kottensdorf. Good chicken but have the cheese with onions and vineger first. Excellent beer gravity flowed from a wooden barrel. This was my favorite place in Bamberg. Drei Kronen (1308) in Strassgiech was great too. They opened early on Sunday morning.
