Kathi-Bräu

I live 30 km from Kathi Bräu. Franconian Switzerland, that's the area is biker's dreamland. A lot of winding roads. The new owner ( somehow related to Kathie) is brewer by profession and is still brewing after the old recipe after he started to renovate the brewery. pub is still almost in original conditions. it is best to go there during the week and explore the area and the beer. very good walking pathes there. nearby many other good breweries like "KRUG BRÄU" in Breitenlesau regards
