| I was in Friesen at the weekend. If the bier is brewed somewhere else then they have organised a great deal for buying in beer because it is dirt cheap at Euro 1.30 for 0.5L. This place is packed to the gills on a Sunday for a ca. 4 hour lunch period and then on into the afternoon with the Brotzeit menu. Most main course meals are less than Euro 5. The beer here is a typical dark Lagerbier. Last time I was in Herreth (2 years ago)they had beer from Frauendorf. A simple old Gaststätte popular as a stopping point on summer cycle trips. I was in the Ansbach Hofbräuhaus Biergarten several years ago and it looked a bit run down even then. |
