| I only stayed at Faessla two nights and it was May so room temp wasn't a problem. My biggest problem was we were on the 4th floor and no elevator, but thats typical for hotels like that. We didn't have any problems with our reservation or checking out. No problems with the staff, though we didn't get the "family" feeling we had at Spezial. Again not surprising because Faessla is a much bigger operation. We had to move out of Spezial because they had already scheduled a large group for the last weekend we where there. Most of the time at Spezial we where the only people staying htere so we got great service. When we checked out they charged us a lower rate than was quoted, say we were such great guests! |
