So whats your favorite brewery?

With my crew this gets to be a religous conversation. I noticed you said brewery not beer or pub. In Bamberg, I would say that Mahrs has the most balanced and drinkable beer with their U (good schnapps too). For me, the Spezial Lagerbier came in a close second on drinkability. The Schlenkerla Marzen is awesome one at a time, but I get palate fatigue going into my third glass.
