| Well I mean ones that call themselves "Klosterbrauerei" but are actually completely secular, like Weißenohe (secular ownership since Napoleon) or ...erm... one or two others I can't think of off the top of my head. They're located at a former monastery, still brewing on the same kit (maybe updated, of course), but otherwise non-monastic. Vierzehnheiligen too, I think. One up in the former communist East...? Sister Doris is the Braumeisterin at whatchamacallit down towards Regensburg, but she has secular employees doing the work. |
