Anyone know anything about this apartment?

I found this online recently and have scoured the internet for more info but find that it has no website of it's own and it appears it can only be booked through an online service like booking.com or by calling Hotel Nepomuk (I think). It seems to be associated with Hotel Nepomuk somehow as the instructions are that you pick up the keys at the hotel reception so I assume maybe the hotel or a friend of the hotel owns it.

Anyhow, it looks like a nice place for up to 4 people with the added bonus of a washer and dryer (especially handy in the summer). So I reserved it but was curious if anyone here has any info about it.
