Roppelt and Witzgall Festbier availability

So, Nick tells me these are available no sooner than December.  Major bummer as friends and I will be leaving Franconia on Dec 2, probably JUST before their scheduled release!  Shucks.  Does anyone have any advice to offer someone like me who is quite eager to get ahold of a couple bottles to take back to the States?  Could a desperate Yank like myself perhaps coax a couple bottle from the brewers?
