Düsseldorf and NRW Smoking

Indeed, according to the Rauchverbotwiki, since May, NRW has, like Barvaria, a strict Rauchverbot in the gastro trade. There is, however, an exception for "strictly defined private functions". Thanks be to the centre-left/green coalition gov't there which replaced the previous tobacco-friendly centre-right/sort-of-libertarian coalition in 2010, who made it part of their agenda.
