Düsseldorf and NRW Smoking

I recall receiving a rude SMS from someone or other whilst standing outside enjoying the fine fall weather on  Sticke day, from someone disappointed that we (Mrs, Peter A, & I) didn't come sit at a table in the sweltering, humid, loud indoors. I like sitting next to that sculptured couple in the one room, otherwise, for me it's about standing in the Schwemme opposite the barrels or outside.
