I don't know Barry but based on all your criteria you ought not to rule out Grafenberg from what I can see.  It seems to have everything you just mentioned. Damn now I'm starting to sound like I work on the tourist board for the town and I've never even been there.  Maybe I'm trying to talk myself into staying there for a night or two next time around.
