OT: A recipe for Schlenkerla helles [yeast]

I don't see anything wrong with a beer tourist on the last day of their stay at Faessla, asking them to dump some yeast slurry into a PET bottle. Then fly back to UK the same day, and bang it in the fridge.

A bit cheeky. But cheaper than Wyeast, anyway.
