Then again, I'm skeptical of meat sources at any eatery here these days, with the emphasis on cheap, cheap, cheap. It's nearly always fish (or even very rarely, veggie) when we eat out nowadays, and then the sorts least likely to have been swimming around in industrial sludge before being brought to the kitchen. Like Karpfen!
