Just to add to this, U thought that I'd go to the source, so I sent an email to Stadtwerke Bamberg asking where zone K is. Yesterday, I received the following answer: Vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht! Wir kümmern uns gerne um Ihr Anliegen. Sie erreichen uns in dringenden Angelegenheiten auch telefonisch. Google translation: Thank you for your message! We can attend to your concerns. You can also reach us by phone on urgent matters. Then followed a whole string of phone numbers. Bear in mind that I had sent my message in English, apologising that I didn't have good enough German.  I guess that we shouldn't expect German agencies to be English speakers but I'm not sure now what to expect.  Will I receive further information in German (or even English?).  I wait with bated breath.
