OT: Idaho potatos = Edelstoff

So for you the Idaho variety is the Edelstoff of the potato world then? ;)

While on that subject I did buy a six pack of Edelstoff recently. I have to admit I do find it pretty sweetish and bland. Definately not as good as what I had at Augustiner Keller which was probably the Helles.
