Cafe Abseits

No shame. We get public recommendations, so we accept also public complaints. I have to talk with the both young waitresses. They both are in the first weeks of working in the Café Abseits. Maybe I have to declare our rules: - They can try to call me, so I can decide to come back to the Café Abseits. If I know that a foriegn visitor will come, I say before I go to bed to the waiters, they should call me. - They should serve guests who seem to be beergeeks, p.e. foreigners or German guests, who taste different beers or ask questions about our beers, the bottles and let them fill their glasses themself. The problem is, that locals dislike this. They mean it's a bad service, unfriendly, not to fill the glasses for them. - They have to study the beer menu before the shift. We have had both - Mönchsambacher Weizenbock and Fischer Bock in the storage and also on the menu. But I know it's difficult for our waiters, because the menu is long and change often in the bock beer saison. So I can now nothing do as to say sorry. I hope I can meet You the next time personally and have the chance to invit You to special beers..
