Umlauts

The new site is all uni-code so there is no problem with umlauts or even 日本語 (Nihongo) It looks like the function I used to parse and insert hyperlinks automatically is not uni-code. So I've temporarily removed that until I can fix it or find a way to do it that won't cause problems. So use the "link" button for now. Update: I think it is fixed now.
