It looks good.  You might consider putting a few more blank pixels between the left navigation bar and the main post area, as the spacing looks quite tight to my eyes, at least on the main message board page. Also, not sure if it is my browser, but in your posts, when you have new paragraphs, there always seems to be several blank lines instead of one.
