Out of Forchheim to Heiligenstadt

I was about to suggest going across the street to  Brauerei Herbst.  Since I  had forgotten the name I went to look it up--What a shock.  Fred has closed the Brewery (only kidding). Suppose I'm lucky in that I have had a Herbst beir and thought is was good.  It then dawned on me that Nick is a professional Bier hunter with a Beir Hound to help. He would have been all over it.   Nick thanks for all you do and all your contributions.
