| In other countries (Spain, Switzerland) they discuss a prohibition for happy hours with alcohol. Since 2007 flatrate offers are prohibited in Germany, p.e. You have to pay 10 Euro and You can drink so much You like. Grounds have been a young man (17 years) who has drunken 50 tequilas and died. A brewery owner has told me, that they have had for many years on the day of beer (23th april) the possibility to buy a special stone for 10 €. You can get so much beer You like (bottomlos stone). The record has been 23 x 0,5 l. |
