Brauhaus Südstern (near the subway stop of the same name), Eschenbräu (Triftstr. 67, Berlin-Wedding) with a beer garden in a student housing courtyard, Hops & Barley, as Mike said. Maybe Vagabund Beer will by open by then (they're a partly crowd-funded startup of American expats).
