Drunk Bicycling - What happens to tourists from outside Germany?

Not sure you go to jail in any case with this particular violation. You get cited and fined, may lose your driver's licence and get a psychiatric examination, but *jail*? Don't think so. I've "heard" that the police are more lenient with drunk cyclists than drunk drivers in general.
