"In July they would not open if the forecast was lower than 70 °F" Some wouldn't open, at least, like Griess, but some would, like Roppelt. I assume Witzgall does too, as they have only so many days that they CAN open, and I know they have been open in crap weather before. (And those are the only ones we care about here, right?)
